The firm's expertise extends to every aspect of real estate law, including business financing, corporate formation and wind-downs, family marital conflicts and dissolutions, commercial and residential closings, landlord / tenant and boundary disputes, constructions liens and civil litigation of contractual disputes, and trusts and estates.
